Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

You can request a product return within 7 days of receiving your order in the following cases:

• The product received does not match its description or is defective.

Return Conditions

• The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

• A valid order number or invoice must be provided.

• A photo showing the reason for the return may be required.

Return Shipping Fees & Refunds

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error made by Amr Gazzaz Store.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Exchanges

We also offer an exchange service within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to change the size, color, or product.

Exchange Conditions

• The same conditions that apply to returns also apply to exchanges.

• The product must be sent back to our warehouse. Once it has been received and inspected, the replacement product will be shipped.

Exchange Shipping Fees

• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with product exchanges.
