Refund & Return

At AmrGazzaz, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we have a straightforward and customer-friendly Refunds & Returns policy in place. Here's what you need to know:

Returns Eligibility:

Products can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided the original invoice is presented with the amounts paid.

Products can be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided the original invoice is presented with the amounts paid.

Discounted or promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Electrical items can only be returned or exchanged if a manufacturing defect is present.

For any return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in complete packaging with the original tags intact.

The original invoice is required for any return or exchange. If the original invoice is not available, the process cannot be completed.

Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for their cash value during purchase, return, or exchange

Initiating a Return:

Return Shipping: As we are keen on our customer's full satisfaction especially while using our products, any request for returns will covered by BEAUTI with no extra charge on the customer noting that the customer abides by the above return policy instructions, and this will not be applicable on Exclusive brands with drop-shipping term.

Inspection and Processing: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, we will initiate the refund process.
